I was checking out some of the threads in The Addams Family message board tonight, when I realized something; Sheldon Cooper would probably hate "The Addams Family." All because of the scenes were John Astin destroys train sets;;

made me realize all the actual wrecks (where the camera is zoomed in on it) are the same footage.

My question is who decided on what shows would be acknowledged. Missy loves the show named Alf and Georgie loves Who's The Boss. Blossom and the Fresh Prince of Bel Air show have also been mentioned. Another question that I have is was the Professor Proton production an actual show back in them days because I do not have any memory of one.

Here's another episode I know he'd hate;

The "Fantasy Island" episode "Return/The Toughest Man Alive."

The latter of these two storylines involves Red Buttons playing an engineer and self-proclaimed wimp who wants to be a typical 80's action hero type tough guy. Later on, he realizes he could use his skills as an engineer to thwart the bad guys.
