Nope.....I'm sitting in my nice, cold, central-air conditioned house. Or I'll just jump in my pool :D

Heat? Are you kidding?!
The Scottish summer has been awful so far this year. We've had, like, 2 sunny days in the past month! It was so cold last night that I went to bed with a sweater on!!

heh heh yeah, my friend's mother was in Ireland for the past 3 weeks for a wedding, and she said they had to go out and buy gloves and scarves. She said it's pretty cold over your way

We had a "brown out" today... my neighborhood lost power for almost two hours!!! It was insufferable; now air conditioning and no tv or Internet!!!

The heat is making me incredibly tired and doing weird things to my appetite. The snakes are our and crawling, too.

It is so hot that I just want to sit near the air conditioner all day long. I can't wait for winter to hurry up and get here.

Yesterday I thought I was going to pass out. It was 97 degrees outside and I had a softball game. I always take a 32 oz gatorade with me when I play softball and I usually don't finish it untill the end of the game but yesterday I finished it about half way through the game. I was sweating like crazy and I started breathing heavy. I got into a teammates cooler and drank 3 of those koolaid bursts things. When the game was over I went home and fell asleep. I woke up two hours later and I was still sweating. I've had heat strokes before in my life and the last thing I need is another one. It doesn't help that I work in an unairconditioned factory. I just need to remember to drink plenty and spend as much time in front of a fan as I can.

Ugh... I'm throughly enjoying the midwestern humidity.

I was in Kansas City over the weekend and it was like 98 with 70 something dew point. All you had to do was stand outside for a minute and you lost half the water in your body.

Yeah, we had an outage too!! I don't know how long it lasted, though...because it was out for about an hour, and then we left to go out of town. It went out once before that for like 2 seconds (I was talking to Chris online) and then later it went out again. NO INTERNET!!!!! I was freaking out.

Yep, me too. I haven't been eating as much (not that it's a bad thing) and I have NO energy whatsoever. I slept most of the day yesterday and almost fell asleep on the way home today...and I was driving! lol

Dittoness. I don't eat until the sun goes down, and then I eat A LOT. As for the driving thing-that's me too! I slept til noon, drove out of town and back and by 5 I was almost asleep at the wheel. It didn't make a difference though cause my dad was asleep in the passenger seat too...weirdness :lookaroun
