On the same WOW album where I found Carman I also found a Christian group named Avalon and the song I found by Avalon is called Give It Up. And when I heard Avalon they sounded pretty amazing and from what I read about them their album Oxygen won lots of Dove Awards. Last I heard Avalon had split up but their albums are really cool

Don't know about them either, but (threadjack alert) there's an entertaining group called the Avalon Jazz Band that performs French and Gypsy-inspired 1920s-style swing. The person who founded the group, Tatiana Eva-Marie, is not just a good singer (in both English and French) but also is a great frontwoman, which is pretty rare in jazz. Not that she runs around the stage, but she still keeps things visually interesting while still providing plenty of space for jazz solos, which are top-notch.

For my birthday I got two Avalon albums and I got both the debut album and the Oxygen album and Avalon is such a fantastic Christian group and they have an amazing sound. Avalon has also worked with the biggest names in the business and their album Oxygen features Aaron Neville on one of the songs and if you get the chance get one of Avalon's albums and you'll get hooked right away
