You’re supposed to get a certain treat that shows you’ve made an improvement and have some extra money, not some damn cheap $1 roast. What about new clothes, or some other breakfast option for a change, or two separate beds for J.J. and Michael or at least a bunk bed for them, or better yet, a good comb? I’m surprised she didn’t say oatmeal.

Yes, I think James’s problem was he didn’t believe in himself and thought he was too much of a failure and was too proud and had too much pride.

What kind of mother doesn't look and smell the meat before she buys it, though? Unless the store "painted" the meat pink/red, you can tell how bad it is.

I would’ve divorced Florida’s ass. The kids should of had their own room. Florida and James should of used the living room, but that's just me.
