I have favourites from each season but today I watched season 5, "Weep No More My Willow," and I don't remember ever laughing so much, watching an episode of Bewitched. It's definitely the top 5 favourites, maybe my absolute fave.

When Darrin turns Italian.

Business, Italian Style...that's a great one.

I also love the episode where Endora puts a spell on Darrin to speak Spanish, "Samantha and Darrin in Mexico City," Dick York's final episode.

I just love Hollywood's cleaned up version of "hippies" as just people who talked funny, wore colorful clothes, had long hair, but were otherwise harmless.

I remember hippies as being people who had extremely poor hygiene, were always high on some type of illegal substance, and often trying to steal food. In other words, vagrants.

That was left leaning Hollywood’s agenda to cover up the truth and create false impressions

My brother - who was a relentlessly lecturing Hippie/Yippie - used to rail against Hollywood portrayal of Hippies as the establishment trivializing the movement and making them look like clowns ("there is no such thing as a Hippie anyway!''). He would have an outburst at anything from Serena, to Jethro and his band of merrie men, to The Mod Squad - and give me hell about it (an 8 year old child).

I just told him to shut up so I could watch Bewitched and turned up the volume.
