how do y'all feel when Christmas episodes are shown in the summer or spring or something? Like; a couple times ME TV has shown the Christmas episode of TAGS in July. And tonight Decades showed a Christmas episode of Bob Newhart

I don't mind if a channel shows a Christmas episode while cycling through all the episodes. I do mind, however, if the channel has specifically not aired other episodes (because of perceived controversial content) but then airs a Christmas episode out of season. Then it's like, "You're only airing select episodes due to suitability, but you'll air a Christmas episode at the wrong time of year?"

I’m hot and cold on this. I love the Christmas episodes at Christmas time. I’m ok if they do a Christmas In July stunt as long as they show the Christmas episodes a lot during the holiday season.

I don’t mind if they show Christmas episodes during a shows regular cycle when they are just airing all the episodes in order. However, I am not a fan of Christmas in July

When I was recording The Facts of Life off USA, it always irritated me they would skip the holiday episodes until it was time for them to air. I don't know why but the Halloween episode never aired on USA. It wasn't until N@N that I finally was able to see it. I think this way of airing sucks for fans who want to record shows in the order it was originally aired. They should air the holiday episodes regardless what the time of the year is. For some shows like Roseanne you need to see the holiday episodes from the season they're rerunning to make sense of the upcoming episodes.
