when did doctors stop making house calls? I always thought it was in the early 70s but tonight I saw am episode of Bob Newhart from 1975 where Bob was sick and the doctor made a house call and I remember seeking an episode of THE ODD COUPLE once; also from 1975 where Oscar was sick and the doctor made a house call.
