Since Miss Fishel is married to someone else and Mr. Savage is engaged to another woman, they're not playing 'themselves' yet, obviously can't name their characters due to copywright issues. However, they let the audience pretend that this could be Cory and Topanga rediscovering/ losing then re-RE-discovering their former affection via these breads.

Yep, it was refreshing to see that the 'Topanaga-type' character HAD chemistry and warmth for the 'Cory-type' character which in GMW, the female parent of Riley and Auggie had like zilch left for their male parent- beyond wanting him to be the kids' free babysitter. Yes, the commercial somewhat made up for (as well as highlighted) a major fail of GMW.

Kind of silly and far-fetched BUT STILL NICE to see an “adult Kevin.”

Thanks for sharing this! Its cool to see them do something together again. To me, the Girl Meets World show ended way too early. I liked see Corey and Topanga as parents.
