It's been 3 months since I have been on here. A very long 3 months.

The reason: November I ended up having to have emergency eye surgery.
Had to have my eyeball and eyelid scraped.
Talk about a doctor's very steady hand and good eyes.

During this time I had an eye contact bandage placed in my eye that needed changed often, so I saw this doctor every two days for six weeks.
($45.00 copay each visit--ouch-- that hurts worse than the eye!)

In December my eye got infected and became swollen.
The infection is now gone and I will see him again on Monday February 8.

He also told me I needed to get eyeglasses with some kind of tint that protects the eye from computer screens and to stay off the computer until I do. (so, at this time I'm breaking the doctor's orders today)

Just thought everyone should know where I have been and I will be back in the future.

Try using the Night Light function in Windows. Sounds like you were exposed to too much blue light.

Sounds like you had a very rough few months. Glad you're doing better, just don't over do it and strain your eyes. Tinted glasses will probably help.
