View Full Version : Facts Of Life gost to Pairis eastland_dorm 07-07-2002, 07:13 PM Did anyone be sides me REC "The Facts Of Life Gose To Pairis" on TV Land on July 7, 2002 Mr. Stefani 07-07-2002, 07:32 PM No, too boring. :sleep2: jayman75 07-07-2002, 07:35 PM I unfortunately already have it on a Fandemonium tape. That's two hours I have to fast forward all the time. I'm not sure what's worse... Paris, "Brian and Sylvia," or Pippa. :) Mr. Stefani 07-07-2002, 07:38 PM Im not sure what's worse... Paris, "Brian and Sylvia," or Pippa. No Bev Ann is by far the worse. ks 07-07-2002, 07:52 PM Originally posted by jayman75 I'm not sure what's worse... Swimfan85 07-07-2002, 09:23 PM I watched it for the 2nd/3rd time....and I personally dont think that it is bad...any fol for me is good!!!!!! TALLguyinKY 07-07-2002, 09:58 PM Yeah, I don't have it, but I think it's alright. I'm surprised so many people seem to be "anti-'Paris'", especially with all the JO freaks around here! No offesne, Jo freaks. :D ks 07-07-2002, 10:44 PM Originally posted by TallKyGuy Yeah, I don't have it, but I think it's alright. I've seen them so much, perhaps that is why, I don't know? The beginning was ok, and I LOVED the Natalie/Tootie scenes with that writer, but I did not like Jo nor Blair when they were on their own. However, in the last episode when they met at the airport and had a classic Jo/Blair scene...that was good;) The Mrs. G thing was alright, but yeah... Natalie and Tootie made it laugh-worthy though:D ks TV Guy 07-07-2002, 11:20 PM The print of this movie that N@N and TV Land have been using for the past few years is in terrible shape! It's worn-looking, and the soundtrack is full of pops and crackles. Somebody should call up Columbia Tri-Star and request a new print. Also, if TV Land is going to run the show in a two-hour timeslot, they should show it as a TV-movie, as it was originally run. Instead, they showed it as four separate episodes, complete with individual opening and closing credits, and heavily edited. I've always thought this movie was hurt by the editing, and never should have been split into half-hours for the rerun package. It just wasn't meant to be seen this way. Czas na Zywiec 07-07-2002, 11:45 PM Well I've never seen them and probably never will unless Hallmark airs them. Did N@N air them in the regular rotation? If they did, Hallmark probably will. It's worn-looking, and the soundtrack is full of pops and crackles I noticed that too..It was really annoying:smash: JethroSimpson 07-08-2002, 10:34 AM FOL goes to Paris is the only time I have ever given up on any episodes. After about 25 minutes, I couldn't take any more of it. |
