Fright Night is one of my favorite BB episodes. I love it when the kids play corny jokes on each other. We get to see the attic before Greg moves in. We get to see the girls play detective and snoop in the boy's room and plan revenge.
This episode was considered their "Halloween" episode because it aired a few days before Halloween in 1972.
I think its funny how the boys don't recognize Marcia's voice as the ghost. I think its funny how Greg keeps lighting the skull when his parents walk by. But the funniest part is at the end when they all get punished: No allowance for 2 weeks. Bobby says "There goes my model airplane." LMAO
As a kid, if I ripped up my mother's good sheets, drilled holes in the wall, and ended up indirectly smashing a piece of art, I would have lost more than a model airplane

Yea it makes me sad thinking about how beautiful things were in the 80s and earlier.......
I mi$$ those times.......
I dont like watching TV now because all we can see is flat digital crap when it used to be warm analogue beauty..... There is a difference in the signal, nothing means anything anymore..... All of our GOOD shows now being seen in a flat digital void........
Its very sad.............

I somehow do not see all of that stuff. I mean, yes you are correct they did do all of that. I just see the larger prank.

I agree. I never noticed that stuff, just all the pranks.
This is one of my favorite BB eps. And the later UFO one.

A few goofs of this episode:
When the girls find the slide projector, Marcia holds up the slide. The close up reveals a woman's hands with polish. Marcia had no nail polish on.
The stationary slide would never project a dancing ghost in the trees.
When Alice smashes Mike's head, the lights come on and the pieces are in the middle of the living room. The pieces would have been all over the couch and entry way.
When they hang the ghost on the stairs, the string is already nailed into the wall. Peter uses plyers (not a hammer) and taps the nail into the wall and the sound is that of a hammer hitting a nail. Not only was the string already attached but plyers would not have done the trick.
How did the boys not see an extension cord coming out of the trunk out the window?
How did the boys not recognize Marcia's voice?

I was listening to the podcast of The Real Brady Bros and Barry and Chris were discussing this episode. Barry was laughing that how did anyone not notice it was Marcia's voice coming from the trunk. But he brought up a good point. Both Marcia and Greg show their age and not getting scared. Marcia is not scared of the ghost in the bedroom and wants revenge. Greg stays in the attic while Bobby and Peter run. The writers were showing they were both older and not so gullible as the younger kids.
They said that Robert Reed wanted to add a line about the nails into the walls and really scold the kids but it was taken out. Carol is the toughest on the kids about putting holes in her good sheets.
