Personally I think this horror film released in 2011 is underrated. I found it to have some genuinely creepy moments, one scene in particular partly because you're not sure if it happened or not.
Cloris Leachman gives one of my favorite performances of hers, honestly I think even if you don't like the movie itself I think you can appreciate her in this.

I love the early 70s setting, and how Manson and his family figures into the main child character's fears.
