Botkin created Y&R's theme song (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Go7bnQF8n3A), known as "Nadia’s Theme" for its association with Olympic gymnast Nadia Comăneci that was an original rearrangement of a piece he co-wrote with Barry De Vorzon. He also arranged mu sic for many shows, including Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and Mork & Mindy.
