Don't worry about not getting it. Ever had the experience of coming across a person or a group of people who are so socially awkward that they have their own secret language or made up slang but don't realize that it's something that no one except them understands? That's what meme culture is all about. It's about weirdos taking a random comment or photograph and declaring that it's "really funny" for no reason that anyone outside of the weirdos can understand and then sharing this "inside joke" with everyone as if they expect the whole world to get it.

This is totally meaningless but apparently, it's the most funniest thing ever to the memers. They will practically pee their pants falling with laughter if someone posts it.

Personally, I think that the humor aspect is the way the Biden has administration has left Bernie "out in the cold" as far as cabinet appointments.

I mean, Biden has drawn from a pretty eclectic assortment of individuals, some of whom's best qualification appears to be the diversity angle.

Yet here's Bernie, bundled up in his mittens and mask, almost appearing to grumble "fine!, I'll weather this indignity alone"

That's my take...it's cute because it's humble, yet at the same time "grouchy" looking, for a man who obviously has been passed over.
