Is the second house much bigger than the first one? Is it in a better neighborhood?

From the establishing shots, the 2nd house looks like it's on a larger lot, and it has a better setback from the street. The 2nd house also has a better 1st floor setup, with a separate den. A great place to lecture Beaver...
