Well, it's been a week, what does everyone think about Hallmark's editing of the episodes?

Personally, I'm just glad it's on and that the controversial episodes will air.

It takes some getting use to, seeing part of the episode and then the opening credits, though. Other than that, everything seems smooth and the cutting of scenes don't seem too obvious, unlike Lifetime's editing of The Golden Girls.

I've only seen it on hallmark, nick at nite, and tv land. and i've only seen most of the episodes once so i dunno. but i don't like how they show something at the end of the second one instead of playing the song. i'm glad they're also playing the controversial ones.

Ya know what? I absolutely love how they've edited the shows so that they now have a "teaser" at the beginnin'! :D

I liked it the original way too, but I think I love it this way cause you get a li'l taste of FOL, and then when the theme comes, you're already psyched up for it and totally in a FOL place! :) And it seems so modern, just kinda a nice twist to it. In some way it might make younger or new viewers a li'l more in-tune to the show, too.

And yeah Inspector, it's kind of annoying how they play a preview for somethin' at the end, but at least we do get to hear the first and last parts of the closin' theme. That's a li'l sacrifice I'm willin' to make to have FOL back on! :)

I've noticed a few edits durin' the show itself, but so far I haven't been able to pinpoint a lot of material missin'. Which is cool---as long as I can't remember what was there, I won't miss it! :lol:

They do an excellent job I think, I've seen some scenes I've never seen before also like at the beginning of "Like Mother, Like Daughter". I'm glad that they show it because they don't edit it alot like NickatNite.

From what I remember about N@N's editing, I think these episodes are shown a lot better! I also love the way they show a bit of FOL before the credits! I don't really mind abot the ending credits, as long as the begining credits are fine. LOL
