Julie Andrews (https://www.deseret.com/1992/5/30/18986885/andrews-deserves-better-than-lame-sitcom-julie) played a famous singer named Julie (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julie_(TV_series)), who moved (https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1992-05-30-ca-100-story.html) from Los Angeles to Sioux City (https://variety.com/1992/tv/reviews/julie-a-delicate-balance-1200429582/) to be with (https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/lifestyle/1992/05/30/tv-previews/1fcc3b11-c82c-4a3d-976c-197f723b4031/) the man she loves. It was cancelled (https://www.reddit.com/r/ObscureMedia/comments/kw08rb/julie_1992_pilot_to_a_sitcom_come_back_vehicle/) after only six episodes. A pre-Boy Meets World Rider Strong was one of Julie's (https://ew.com/article/1992/05/29/julie/) co-stars.

Julie Andrews supposedly, knew it was such a turkey that she refused to appear at the annual Television Critics Association junket to promote it.

Rider Strong has gone on record as saying that, while Miss Andrews was perfectly nice and encouraging, the BIG problem was that her husband Blake Edwards kept drastically changing the show's concepts week to week to the point that the then preteen performer started out as playing Miss Andrew's character's son but then became that character's stepson, etc. Because Mr. Edwards kept drastically changing things, the show took forever to produce each episode since the man was constantly insisting on things being re-written even during the tapings themselves

Going from son to stepson does sound like a dumb change. However, Julie Andrews and Rider Strong in the cast still makes me want to see it sometime.
