The most obvious things that would've likely happened:
Tiffani Amber Thiessen wouldn't have joined Beverly Hills, 90210 after Shannen Doherty was fired. Shannen's final season (1993-94) took place at the same time that The College Years was running.

Screech wouldn't have joined The New Class. Or at the very least, he wouldn't have joined it so soon since there wouldn't have been an opening calling the cancelation of The College Years.

We wouldn't have gotten the made for TV movie surrounding Zack and Kelly's wedding in Las Vegas. It was produced as a means of tying up the loose ends after The College Years was cancelled.

To me, having the college year season be on during the same time as Full House is what never should've happened. All that did was make it harder for the show to accumulate more of a fan base.

God bless you always!!!

Having SBTB: The College Years on Saturday Mornings would’ve help the show if it did not compete against any ABC sitcom on Tuesday Nights.

I was just reading it up (https://www.reddit.com/r/SavedByTheBell/comments/q24mok/comment/hfmipv9/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) and this is how SBTB: TCY faired during the 1993-94 primetime TV season:

It ranked 88th out of 118 shows airing during the 1993-94 season (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1993%E2%80%9394_United_States_network_television_schedule#Tuesday), with a 7.8 household rating and a 12 percent audience share (7.8/12). It aired on Tuesdays at 8 pm so it had to compete with Full House on ABC and the first half of Rescue 911 on CBS in the same timeslot. Full House ranked 16th for the season with a 14.2 household rating and a 23 percent audience share (14.2/23), while Rescue 911 ranked 22nd for the season with a 13.9 household rating and a 22 percent audience share (13.9/22).
