I like Malware Bytes. I use the free version and it's pretty unobtrusive. It was recommended by the Apple folks.

I originally used Webroot until they couldn't keep up with the Mac operating systems, I think it burped when Catalina came along. Now Big Sur came along and this Mac burped!
