What's the deal with how they make it sound like something I'd wanna do but isn't something I'd wanna break the thou shalt not cover commandment over?

It occurred to me after I posted this that she sounds like someone talking into a fan so did they pre record her doing that and dub it in when she wasn't speaking into the fan?
