I have been searching keywords through wikipedia's list of deadly women episodes but unable to locate a case.

I believe it was set many decades ago, it was a woman who would repeatedly get pregnant and often had miscarriages or (some, not all) the child was killed. The main thing about the episode was that she would store the corpse of the children in suitcases and such, sometimes she took the suitcase around with her, I think she lived with her mother who had no idea that she was doing that. One of the scenes was her giving birth on the toilet.

I believe eventually she moved away and kept the bodies of the children where she felt they would stay hidden, but eventually they were discovered which lead to her being captured.
