I found a commercial for Pampers Diapers from the 70's and when I saw it I didn't notice that a sitcom celebrity was featured in it. When the commercial begins we see a husband and wife trying to enjoy a night at the drive-in movie but their baby's crying distracts their evening and so the husband panics and tries to search for a box of Pampers to change their baby's diaper. The husband in the commercial is played by Barney Miller star Ron Carey and when I saw it I was surprised that Ron Carey appeared in this commercial and I haven't seen very many celebrities besides Glen Campbell's former wife and kids appeared in their first Pampers commercial and with the exception of singer John Legend's Super Bowl Pampers commercials Pampers should have more celebrities do commercials today
