Willona is paranoid about Penny getting pregnant aince Tina, Penny's Friend who is around Penny's age at 13 is pregnant. Willona is going into very Over protective Mode, even telling off Married Thelma and Keith who are making out in their living room. Willona suddenly thinks that the Evans are a bad influence on Penny despite her being BEST FRIENDS with Florida and being close with the Evans Kids. Willona even makes Penny who is around 13 watch Sesame Street, a show for LITTLE KIDS. Willona tries her hardest to keep Penny from knowing what sex is, fearful that Penny will become a Teenage Mother herself if she knows what sex is. Willona is out of character freaking out. Whereas Florida is really reasonable, calm, and knowledgeable. She begs Willona to talk to Penny about sex but Willona claims Penny is a baby but Florida points out that Penny is actually a Preteen/Young Teen, not a Baby. They get into a big argument and Willona forbids Penny from going to the Evans house. She also forbids her from hanging out with Tina.
Penny goes there anyways and she tells Florida that her Tina's stomach looks puffy and says that Willona says that Tina has Stomach Mumps but to her, Tiba looks pregnant to which Florida looks shocked and the Audience gasps in shock themselves. Florida questions her and Penny implied she knows about pregnancy a little but just doesn't quite know HOW it happens. Florida is just about to tell her about sex when Willona barges in and scolds Penny for going to the Evans House. She tells Penny to go home and Penny laments it's not fun bring alone in the house and wishes she had a baby and leaves.
Willona angrily accuses Florida of telling Penny to say that and Florida says she didn't tell her to say that and points out that Penny knows more about pregnancy than Willona knows. They argue more and Penny comes in crying and implies some boy wanted her to change in front of her for some shorts she wanted. Her hair is messed up, implying he ACTUALLY touched her on top of?this. Willona is understandably alarmed and Flirida is concerned and Florida says she will call the Police and begs Willona to talk to Penny about sex now before something even WORSE happens to Penny. Willona thanks Florida..
It seems that Willona and Florida switched personalities in this episode. Usually Florida is the uptight Woman and Willona is the voice of Reason, but it was the opposite in this episode. A GT Fan said something lije,"Wow. Florida is speaking the truth and Willona is just annoying ne. Never thought I'd see the day." Another GT Fan said,"Willona is being an uptight Fuddie Duddie and Florida is actually being knowledgeable and reasonable. I've NEVER seen Willona like this, and Florida isn't annoying me for a change. For some reason Willona is being the annoying obe in this episode. Strange as usually Willona is level headed whereas Florida is on a Moral High Stand. "
