(Ralph & Ed are in the bus company locker room. They are watching a virtual Veterans Day Parade.)
Ed: "Such a shame Ralph-ie boy that for whatever reason that we are not getting a real parade this year for our veterans."
Ralph: "I know. This has been one bad year. I so want this year to be over with. This year has been a nightmare year."
Ed: "At least the veterans are still be honored on this day. We honored a war veteran in the sewer today and I was about to give them the purple heart when the the tide came in."
(Ralph rolls his eyes.)
Ralph: "From the looks of things, it looks like the war in Afghanistan will be over soon. At least, I hope. All those war veterans that are there. They want that 19-year-old war to end."
Ed: "Me too. THat treaty might be signed. Hopefully, it will be honored."
Ralph: "I wonder what it is like for those war nurses especially considerating what we are going through."
Ed: "They are probably just as frustrated as we are. Probably moreso."
Ralph: "When a war veteran who was also a nurse came on my bous, I saluted them."
(Crowd cheers.)
Ed: "Those people need to be saluted for all the work they do. They are the heroes."
Ralph: "Yes, they are."
(They both sing a song about the war nurses being the heroes this year. After that, the crowd cheers.)
(Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)
Jackie: "Thank you. Let's all give our war veterans a big round of applause."
(They do.)
Jackie: "And of course, the Miami Beach crowds are the BEST! GOOD NIGHT!"
(The end.)
