Or at the very least, do you feel that ABC should've waited until the conclusion of The Goldbergs before going ahead with Schooled? As such, Laney's storyline, you could argue, always felt like its was in limbo. Plus, the timeline in itself created plotholes in both shows (which I don't have the time to go into right now). But I will ask if Schooled created problems with the storyline on The Goldbergs going forward. For example, they brought back Barry, Erica, and the JTP. Plus, we already know Geoff and Erica end up together and Lainey and Barry don’t.
