The Team of the 90's has FINALLY won a World Series for the City of Atlanta
America's Team, the Atlanta Braves have won a World Series def. the Cleveland Indians in 6 games with a series of 4-2 just 1 year after the MLB went on strike

This is their 3rd in Franchise History (back when they were the Boston Braves & later the Milwaukee Braves and now Atlanta Braves), their 1st World Series in 38 years and their 1st for the A

Plus it was the only World Series under Billionaire Ted Turner
