So the phase out was obvious and no one knew it at the time

I never understood where they were going with the "Lana" character. I did like Furley chasing after her and her character trying to avoid him. That was fun at times. But Ann's Lana was a sexy woman and Jack would have caved. I just don't know what the show was thinking with her.

Right because she was the same age bracket as Mrs Roper and it made her look strange being around Jack

Like any series that's been on a few years and needs to refreshen by adding a new character but yeah I think adding Lana backfired as the producers later on realized they didn't know what to do with her.

But they could've kept her around as a recurring character for a couple more seasons. She didn't have to be in every episode. You always had the storyline of Furley FANTASIZING of sleeping with her! :lol:

Lana wasn't crazy but she was all into Jack 24/7. They couldn't have had a neighbor that looked like Kandi because she would taken away from the girls on the show.
