Movies! used to be on Xfinity in our market, but it got replaced by Court TV Mystery (formerly Escape).

Sling, the streaming service which is owned by Dish Network, also added Start TV and Heroes & Icons. No indication though of Cozi added into Sling.

Interestingly, Heroes & Icons and Start TV were placed in a Hollywood Extra package, a package that is more movie focused, and that is typically purchased for customers that want Turner Classic Movies.

It seems that Sling is just putting channels in packages less tied to the package name at this point. feTV was added into a Comedy Extra package with TV Land, but the customer is stuck with less family friendly Viacom channels like MTV. And Hallmark is in another alacarte package, called Lifestyle Extra with VH1. (MTV and VH1 make more sense being together, while Hallmark and feTV together but they are split in this way). The $50/month Total TV Deal package with Sling Blue though includes most of these mini-packages and covers most of the variety channels without Disney channels/ESPN.

Another interesting point is Dish/Sling has a deal with Heroes & Icons while most of the other carriers have with INSP. (Dish technically carried a standard def feed of INSP, but INSP's website still has a request Dish carry INSP HD link). Both INSP and H&I have some western TV content overlap (e.g. The High Chapparal), although H&I has more current shows later in the day.

It'd be great if Decades and Movies got onto Dish/Sling. It seems that Weigel though views H&I and StartTV as possibly more important channels in its portfolio than Decades and Movies. I anyways get all these channels over the air, but realize many cannot.

My local Cozi which is run by the NBC owned station pre-empts and hour of The Office Sunday marathon for a Meet the Press rebroadcast. It is actually disruptive every Sunday. Wish Sling carried the national Cozi feed.
