Think I saw this in the Farina Reboot. Who was the maniac that shot a cop when, I believe he was pulled over? He was a member of some extreme-right wing group, or a militia, that adhered strictly to the constitution. He had a radio “show” and talked about killing cops because the constitution didn’t “say” he had to comply with the police. Or something like that.
I saw this once and I can’t find anything about it anywhere. Much appreciated.

Stephen Anderson. He was a member of a group called the Kentucky State Militia or something along those lines.
To say he adhered to the Constitution is an insult to everybody who truly loves this country. To call him right-wing (or his views right-wing) is an insult to conservatives everywhere.
I believe he was captured.

Thank you for the information. I had been trying to find out more about this guy since I first saw the segment. And yes I understand what you’re saying. I just remember from the segment “defending the constitution” and being part of some “militia” most of all. I didn’t mean it any other way.

No worries :)
I believe the Anderson case made it to the filmrise versions but I don't recall the episode number or season
