She seemed to be forced onto the group. I mean, she didn't have anything in common with Christine and to me, it looked like she was added to the cast just to have a black person on the show.

I thought "Barb" and "Christine" complimented each other well. Barb liked being Christine's best friend because she liked feeling needed by her scatter-brained best friend and Christine leaned on Barb because she couldn't really take care of herself.

I don't know why Richard and Matthew would call "Barb" hot. Just my honest opinion... I don't think Wanda is that good looking.
