(The TB Rays won the ALCS, 3 games to 2, by beating the NY Yankees 2-1.)

(Ralph and Ed just watched the game from Ed’s apartment.)

Ralph: “Well, that does it Norton. What a bad night. The Yankees lost big time. I so wanted them to face the Astros in the ALCS in the playoffs And get revenge. Instead, we got beat badly by the Rays.”

Ed: “That’s so true Ralph. The Rays are going to the ALCS but not the Yankees. What a disappointment.”

Ralph: “I’m not watching the ALCS.”

Ed: “I am. I am rooting for the Astros.”

Ralph: “What? Why? How could you root for the team that cheated to beat us last year?”

Ed: “Because Ralph, the Rays need to be punished for beating the Yankees and for them to see the Astros win the World Series.”

Ralph (yells): “OKAY NORTON! PUT ‘EM UP NORTON!”

(The boys fight while the wives separate them.)

(Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)

Jackie: “Thank you. GOOD NIGHT.”

(Crowd cheers.)
