Since Howard was so looney toons:lol: Mr. Carlin was cool as shet to me and loved when he was on the show. Howard on the other hand should have got evicted:lol:

I like the idea. The only problem I see is that Emily was really fond of Howard, and that would be pretty much lost if Carlin played the neighbor...!

I think Howard was seen too much to just be a neighbor
