I have been hearing rumors that Halloween is gonna be banned in some states and cities and I want to know if it's true? According to what I've learned so far is that kids cannot trick or treat in neighborhoods and schools are gonna have virtual versions of Halloween parties. I cannot see why they are doing this to kids because Halloween is the one big holiday where kids can get candy and dress up and have fun and now they have taken the fun out of it. All I can see is that Halloween will go from the top kids holiday to the weakest link of kids holidays now

Yes, who cares about the pandemic, getting free candy is obviously more important.

The pandemic is more important than Halloween celebrations.
