I just found this photo of something called The Facts of Life Scrapbook, which appears to be a two-page newspaper spread with photos of the cast (including the Lost Girls and Geri) from Seasons 1-6 (the story was published circa S6).

The caption under the Halloween photo says they were getting ready to shoot a season 6 episode. Of course, we know this was from a party at Lisa's home in 1982 and the only Halloween themed episode was from season 5 in 1983.
