So far after 3 weeks, 2 AFC Teams that have clinched AFC Wild Cards Last Year are not only 3-0 thus far, but they're also in 1st place in their respective divisions

The Buffalo Bills (who are in 1st place in the AFC East) and the Tennessee Titans (who are in 1st place in the AFC South)
and these 2 teams will play each other in a week and a half in Tennessee

and so, I ask y'all this:

with the Chiefs and Steelers 3-0 and in 1st place in their respective divisions (Chiefs in 1st place in the AFC West and the Steelers in 1st place in the AFC North) which of these 2 teams in the AFC are the sleeper team and who is the most surprising?
