Many TV celebrities from the 1960s had a lot of success later on in the 1980s. Some have already been mentioned. As these things go, the 1980s was really not that far ahead in time than the 1960s. Just 2 decades, that's not that long. So it is natural a lot of top TV talents from the 1960s had success just 2 decades later.
