I believe that photo was used in the E! True Hollywood Story of "Facts of Life Girls". They panned up to Julie Anne and over to Felice when they discussed them.

I think this was from the taping during the IQ episode. That is the only episode I remember Cindy/Julie Anne wearing a Buffalo Sabres jersey.

Having watched this scene in "Overachieving", Kim was over in the corner, probably entertaining the rest of the cast during a break in filming. The girls and Mrs. Garrett were drinking hot chocolate. Blair and Sue Ann were to the left of Nancy O./Felice.
