Reginald VelJohnson as Carl Winslow and JoMarie Payton as Harriette Winslow taking care of Richie and 3J and raising them like they were their own children. What Carl and Harriette did for them was a wonderful thing. Carl and Harriette were awesome parents to Eddie, Laura, Judy, Richie, and 3J. Still makes you wonder why Rachel just left Richie with Carl and Harriette. I know 3J’s Mom wasn’t in the best situation to raise 3J. I’m sure Richie’s Mom Rachel and 3J’s Mom were grateful for Carl and Harriette for taking care of Richie and 3J.
