This is a 2016 horror I watched today on Tubi. I love horror flicks but this one was uncomfortable to sit through and I was glad when it was over.
A 12 year old boy is this psychotic serial killer who happily offs his victims with a smile on his face and kills little animals for fun. It was just sick sick sick! Now I love my psycho killer movies, but when kids are playing the psycho killers I think a line is being crossed that shouldn't be.
I looked up the actor playing the killer and he was just 13 when he filmed the movie. THIRTEEN!! That's just sick and way too young to be playing a part like that imo.
Has anyone else seen this? I liked the girl who played the victim. She was pretty good but that was it. Everything else about this film was just puke::barf:

I like it. Love killer kids flicks. Don't see it being any different than films like The Good Son or the Bad Seed.
The girl, and the kid that played the friend played brother and sister in the horror film The Visit.

I like that girl so I may have to check out The Visit. Can't say i've heard of it so it'll be new for me. :)
The Good Son & The Bad Seed weren't nearly as graphic with the killing as this one was. I just think seeing kids graphically murdering people is a bit too much for me.
EDIT: I just looked at the Wikipedia page for The Visit. Never saw it but it says it's a "found footage" film and I HATE those with a passion. They always have that nauseating hand held shaky camera filming. Is it that bad in that film? If so, i'll give it a pass.

Okay, got ya. Yeah, I was actually surprised about how graphic it was, like with the 'Home Alone' scene.
The Visit is probably one of the less shaky in that regard, personally I love that sub-genre of film, but some do go way over board with the shaky camera.

Besides Black Christmas, the real one not the crappy remakes, this is my favorite Christmas movie  I thought the kid was hilarious to watch. His dancing and happiness after hurting someone or killing someone was funny. That kid did an awesome job. I’m still holding out hope a sequel will be made since he wanted to go to the hospital at the end to see the babysitter. I’m surprise you didn’t see the humor at least in this one. If you see Eden Lake available to watch, skip it. I think you might hate that one too since killer kids are a turn off for you with horror movies. Eden Lake is more traumatizing horror than funny horror like Better Watch Out.

After watching the movie I read that final scene on the Wikipedia page and you know what? Tubi channel cut it out!!! The film ends with the girl being placed in the ambulance and she gives him the finger while he's looking out the window and the camera slowly pans out while his mother puts her arms around him and the film is over....credits roll!!
I actually like that better because the psycho kid gets what he deserves with that ending. I don't know if I would've liked to see it end with him planning to off her. I hated that kid and was really looking forward to her killing him in the end.
Shame it didn't happen...I would've cheered his death!
