Whaley, who appeared on Season 1 of Ray Donovan, tweeted the accusation after hearing Voight narrate the Republication National Convention opening video Monday night. “F*** Jon Voight,” tweeted Whaley (https://twitter.com/TheFrankWhaley/status/1298082085987667969). “On Ray Donovan he slapped me across the face in the middle of a scene because he couldn’t keep up, then denied doing it. He forgot about the still photographer who was on set.” His tweet included a photo showing Voight about to slap Whaley.
