To my knowledge, she's never been over to June's house so how does she know that she don't keep a clean house?
Watching now, and Eddie says his mother said June's kitchen looks like she's never done anything to it...How would she even know? Also makes comments about her hair and other stuff too, but we never see her over at their house...

It could be that she's going solely by what her baby boy Eddie TELLS her. Eddie, natch, counts on Agnes Haskell to take him at his word and never visiting the Cleavers!
Somehow, I think her husband George has long since been burned too many times not to be jaded via believing their son's claims!

Right. Eddie thinks he’s complimenting June saying her kitchen is so clean it’s like she never does any work in it. He also says she looks like she spends all her time in the beauty parlor. Maybe Agnes has seen her in stores and Hank’s. We saw very little of Fred’s 3 wives (Lumpy Rutherford, Beaver and Violet, Parking Attendants) but they are always going to the Rutherfords.

This makes sense, because she doesn't even seem to know Wally, calling him "that Cleaver boy" in the gas credit card episode. If Wally comes over she must cower in the kitchen.
She could also be going by what George says, since he's been over there a few times (Voodoo Curse, Train Trip) (but not to the 2nd house, as I recall). Maybe Aggie is a recluse and never goes out.

Eddie’s father certainly has a lot of opinions and pushes them on Eddie. The worst is ‘Any joke or prank is okay if it’s funny enough.” That’s when he sets up Beaver to insult little Chuey.

Did the audience actually hear George Haskell utter those words OR did Eddie just claim his father did to try to justify his meanness? The latter seems more likely, IMO.

Bingo. To Eddie, a consummate BS artist, even an eighth-truth is fertile ground enough.
