(The Toronto Raptors beat the Brooklyn Nets 104-99.)

(Ralph is sitting on the front steps of the apartment building. Ed comes down.)

Ed: “Whaddaya day Ralph? What a heartbreaking game. Nets lost by 5.”

Ralph: “They were into it until the end where it fell apart.”

Ed: “The Raptors are tough as dinosaurs.”

Ralph: “You can say that again Norton.”

Ed: “What is it going to take to bring a NBA title into the New York area?”

Ralph: “I don’t know Norton. I know that Garrett upstairs was happy as all get out when the Nets lost. He was screaming his heart out.”

Ed: “Now is a good time to agitate him. Buy a megaphone and yell at him from down here even though your voice doesn’t need one.”

Ralph: “I won’t buy one but here goes.”

(Ralph walks in front of Garrity’s window.)

Ralph (yells): “HEY GARRITY! YOU WILL LOSE LIKE THE RAPTORS AND THE NETS WILL WIN IT ALL.” (normally to Ed): “There you go.”

Garritty (from upstairs, yells): “HEY KRAMDEN!”

(Ralph looks up and gets doused with water and hit with pies. Ed laughs. Ralph challenges Ed to a fight as the scene ends.)

(A still soaked and dirty Jackie walks on stage. Crowd cheers.)

Jackie: “The Miami Beach crowds are the BEST! THANK YOU. GOOD NIGHT!”

(Crowd cheers.)
