Seriously - Jo beat out Blair? Why were all these college students hanging out at Edna’s Edibles to vote? Was that really the demographic for that shop? And did we trust that little troll Kelly, who was clearly in love with Jo, to not throw the contest to her?

The other thing that makes me laugh about this episode - all of these college kids coming to a party with Edna plopped down in the middle of it all. “Hey guys - where do you want to party this weekend - in Chip’s dorm, or at that house behind the gourmet food shop with the weird red headed lady who screeches a lot?”

Kelly definitely had a weird obsession for Jo. I wouldn't trust her at all.

 Even Jo questioned the results.

Haha! Even the entertainment was odd. Okay, maybe the magic act would have flown with the college crowd, but when Natalie said "I play The Bells of St. Mary's on glasses!" I lost it.

I love the episode 'Big fish, little fish ': it shows the human side of BLAIR (who normally is so sure of herself) when she suddenly loses all her confidence, and also JO's soft side when she helps her out by cheering her up!

To me this episode describes the friendship between BLAIR & JO, and how well they bonded despite of being opposites!

You shouldn't be surprise about MRS G being in the middle of a party while enjoying herself (after all, our 'feisty red haired' is young at heart!)

Perhaps Edna Edibles was the Starbucks of it's days. It's where college students thought it was cool to hang out at the time where no alcohol was served.

I don't remember a lot of Langley students hanging out at Edna's Edibles. Perhaps word of the bad Chinese food spread around campus.

It's not surprising that Jo beat out Blair or the other girls. There was already an episode before this one where Jo was becoming known at Langley and semi-popular with her board of regents position. Blair took a back seat from getting known at Langley because of her relationship with Cliff. It doesn't seem like Langley had the pageants for beauty queens like Eastland did. Blair already quit the gamma house, so it's not unbelievable she didn't receive more votes than Jo. Also in Crossing The Line, more customers preferred Jo's style of waiting on them since Jo had the most tips than the other girls. I could see customers and Jo's friends from Langley voting for her when in the shop.

The party was Jo's shindig. Edna was just a guest and support for Jo. I didn't see anything wrong with her being there. Have you ever been to party wondering how a certain person was invited? And most parties aren't about who's there. It's about how many people show up and is it fun or not. Jo had a lot of Langley students there that were socializing. It wasn't a dud with just a few people and food.
