Frank and Dee presumably had a combined income of 150k and lived in a middle class neighborhood. Hakeem's mom on the other hand, worked at the Magic Johnson theater and he was always at Moesha's house to eat. The point is, how was Hakeem able to live near the Mitchells.

oh that's easy LOL she was a single mom. i believe she had two jobs though and probably only making medium wage. True Frank and Dee had a combined income but also they weren't making entry level pay.
