Tomorrow morning I am gonna have a special breakfast treat. My mom is gonna bake my family cinnamon rolls and they are the Pillsbury Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls and I would like to ask you what is the perfect cinnamon roll to you? I am not a fan of raisins in my cinnamon rolls and my mom likes cinnamon rolls especially with her coffee and she perfers them to have more cinnamon in them

Oh God! Cinnamon rolls are heavenly. But I don’t dare go near baked goods as they make my blood sugar SKYROCKET. I DO have a good memory though, and they are delicious. I’ll live vicariously through you. Enjoy!

Every time I go in the Mall I can smell the Cinnamon Rolls they make there and they smell so good. If I worked anywhere near there I would weigh 1000 pounds. :lol: So I try to avoid Cinnamon Rolls. But I wouldn't mind raisins or extra cinnamon in them if I was to get one.

Yes, those Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are heavenly. :angel: I sometimes buy Entenmann cinnamon rolls, easy out of the box. No raisins for me.

Mom baked the cinnamon rolls this morning and I knew what I was having for breakfast when I woke up because I smelled it. But anyway the cinnamon rolls came out to perfection and we still have some more for tomorrow and they tasted good and delicious and I ate every bite

But I will agree...cinnamon rolls are one of the few pastry items I'll eat.

I also like the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, I buy them at the grocery store. I occasionally have them for breakfast along with a tall glass of cold milk.

Cinnabon and Pillsbury cinnamon rolls would have to be my favorites.

I agree, I think raisins in Cinnamon Rolls are strange

be able to enjoy them unless they were Gluten-Free.

Mom is gonna make some more cinnamon rolls for Saturday breakfast and I simply cannot wait to eat some more. I think Pillsbury Cinnabons are the best because they have just the perfect amount of everything

My niece rolled out some of those from a dough she made. They were some honkin' BIG cinnamon rolls.

I later included a little bottle of cinnamon when I gave her some treats -- to encourage her to make MORE...! :)

The other day Mom baked the other batch of cinnamon rolls and once again they were delicious and heavenly. It was so good our kitchen smelled of cinnamon and I only had four this time because Mom ate the rest for dessert with her dinner. In fact Mom and I plan to bake some for Thanksgiving when Thanksgiving comes around the corner

Thanks! Good to know. But I’m a lazy cook. But if I do try it, I’ll probably go with almond flour and a very low impact sugar free alternative.

My speed is low carb “pancakes” with almond flour and a touch of flax seed meal. They don’t have the fluffiness of regulate pancakes but they’re still pretty good. With butter and sugar free syrup they’re good enough. Regular pancakes and syrup would probably send me to 375. ( a really really high reading). My version usually keeps me below 155 after eating-not bad for a diabetic-but high for a non-diabetic.
