In S4, E18 Prisoner of Love. Both Andy & Barney flipped over flirtatious, glamorous prisoner Susan Oliver. She ended up playing them like a fiddle. Eventually trying to escape.

Rosemary was the name of the lady Barney walked to church and also was the reason that Andy and Ellie staged a drugstore robbery so Barney would have the confidence to ask her out (This being the early days of the show when Knotts was still working the character out and playing him like he played the characters on the Steve Allen Show). He also dated Hilda May (whose actress would later play Otis's Sister-in-Law)another diner waitress named Phoebe who he took out to the lake and he and Virgil had some fun with some waitresses wearing Peek-a-boo blouses
