It was so weird watching Arnold and Lisa being rather nice and seeing them...kiss...twice. It's like, you would never, never, never think of seeing them kiss. It would have been really interesting to see what would have happened in the 9th season.

It's funny that Arnold and Lisa became enamies because the first episode Lisa was in, she was trying to date Arnold but they just seemed to become enamies for some reason.

Lisa's hot. . . Arnold's dumb for not liking her way back when.

Maybe but I don't think I could stomach another season of the Arnold and Sam show... Thank goodness the tortue is over tommorrow.. back to the good episodes and I can finally quit taping.

I found this episode to be quite funny.... Usually they throw out corny jokes in this show, but this is probaly the funniest episode I've seen(I've seen mostly all of them) of DS. what was the first episode lisa was in?

I don't understand what happened between the two characters. In the first episode ended with them on good terms. Though since the characters did date in the first episode. I can say it reminds of the Wonder Years (nothing to with Jason Harvey) but Kevin had a ex girlfriend rival named Becky Slater. Also those two characters ran against each other in an election just like DS.

Reminds me of that and of course the standard for character dislikemen Jerry and Newman on Seinfeld. Dislikemen which goes all the way to Jerry's own mother. Though I agree with the person who said Lisa is hot. Well, at least hotter than Newman.

I liked the darkroom episode. The characters of Arnold and Lisa had a neat little chemistry. The fact that they both always went overboard with the insults seemed to suggest that they were trying to cover up their true feelings for one another. And those true feelings started to show in this episode. I wish there would have been more emphasis on the Arnold/Lisa relationship towards the end. I liked the school and hamburger joint settings. And the 'teen issues.' And the whole Arnold/Lisa thing. I think they should have taken the show in more of a "Arnold's high school world" direction. That was the fun stuff. But there wasn't quite enough of that and, instead, a little too much Sam and the apartment. One thing this show never did well, especially towards the end, was build on previous episodes. I mean, its possible to pick up on a previous episode without making it a flat-out continuation. For example, what happened to the girl Willis bribed to go out with Arnold. They seemed to be hitting it off great at the end of the show. But, the very next episode, Arnold is kissing Lisa, while the other girl is never seen or heard from again. And what about the girl a few episodes before that -- the one Arnold's friend didn't think was 'cool' enough, even though Arnold liked her? They set it up at the end like there might be a chance for Arnold and her. Nope, never seen or heard from again. The show jumped around too much and didn't build on itself like it should have.
