I know that Charlie's Angels wouldn't make its debut until five years (in the middle of Roger Moore's tenure) after Diamonds Are Forever came out. I guess that I say this because Norman Burton (https://qph.fs.quoracdn.net/main-qimg-781edf2426f4cdeca9267cb0a8baf88e), the actor who plays Felix Leiter in DAF, kind of reminds me of David Doyle (https://www.google.com/search?q=David+Doyle&sxsrf=ALeKk02vpo3RondGcZIEMAvXRIgIhtC1OA:1586598935676&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjHx9jPjeDoAhVNIqwKHQx_DxkQ_AUoAnoECB8QBA&biw=1600&bih=708). And in a round about way, Tanya Roberts being cast as Roger Moore's leading lady for his final Bond flick A View to a Kill could count for something.

When I bring up James Bond, I can't believe that I forgot to mention that Timothy Dalton (https://www.the-back-row.com/blog/2015/11/05/before-they-were-stars-timothy-dalton-fights-farrah-fawcett-on-charlies-angels/) (of course prior (https://www.nytimes.com/2003/06/29/movies/television-reruns-misogyny-plus-girl-power-original-recipe-angels.html) to landing the Bond role) was on (https://fycharliesangels.tumblr.com/post/15332954910/fallen-angel-s4e6-the-angels-are-hired-to) Charlie's Angels (http://www.tellytalk.net/threads/appreciating-charlies-angels.2585/page-2).
