This is a pretty rare version of the opening. I'd like to have a few episodes on dvd-r with this opening and ending. I take it this is when Three's Company, Three's A Crowd and The Ropers were sold as a package deal. I suspect the different title / new theme opening was used where Three's Company had a strong rerun following. And to let new viewers know it was a spinoff from Three's A Company. I sure would like to know where this version aired ? Does anybody know ? Nothing online about it that I could find. I do like the "Side by Side" theme better. It's too bad you can't save this video to your computer anymore. You used to be able to go to Keepvid and save it but I've tried recently and it won't let me.

Yes, plus it's post three's company so its no need to hear the TC theme. A new viewer would get confused and wonder where is janet and terri when watching three's a crowd lol
