I know there has been a lot of advertising for Newsnation on Antenna TV Facebook. As this program is supposed to air on WGN America.

My question is will Newsnation be airring on Antenna TV as well?

I hope it doesn’t air on Antenna TV as well. I go to Antenna TV for an escape to this world.

I have been enjoying the Cheaper by the Dozen movies in primetime tonight on WGN America. Any good primetime entertainment like that goes away when this lousy Newsnation premieres. Leave the 3 hour newscasts to the 24 hour channels, major overkill for a station like this. May Newsnation be a giant flop that doesn't make it to 2021.

I see Married With Children and Last Man Standing marathons and other content.

Nexstar has a problem that few want to carry WGN America, as it is currently. Not YouTube TV, Hulu Live TV, fubo TV, Sling, Philo, and sparse coverage on Comcast. AT&T TV does have it but not AT&T Now. So, it's trying to introduce this new programming in the primetime perhaps hoping to help the channel be distinguishable.

And tonight I am enjoying the Blue Bloods marathon WGN airs in and around primetime Saturday nights. This too will be taken away when the lousy 3 hour news overkill starts.

At least Married With Children will still be on Logo.

Not according to the Antenna TV website. Both episodes of The Hogan Family are airing tonight.

According to the TV Guide here in Indy, "The Making of NewsNation" airs tonight at 9 pm on Antenna TV. It would appear to pre-empt a Wings episode.

The main station WXIN is Nexstar-owned, and I'm guessing they're requiring it to air, and it's probably a one-time thing.

My CBS affiliate aired it last night at 7:30PM after Wheel of Fortune, which pushed Jeopardy! to 1PM today. And after Jeopardy, another airing for the making of crap preview on my CBS affiliate. :rolleyes:

I think the only reason we got it here is again due to WXIN being a Nexstar station.
